Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2022-1-10, a Resolution approving the Village of Rose- mont’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Transition Plan. 4. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2022-1-10A, a Resolution authorizing and ratifying Village of Rosemont’s approval of the Illinois Risk Fund Pooling Agreement and a Deductible Agreement for its participation in an intergovernmental joint insurance pool providing cover- age under the Workers’ Compensation Act and the Illinois Worker’s Occupational Diseases Act. 5. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2022-1-10B, a Resolution approving and ratifying the Vil- lage’s insurance program for coverages beginning as of January 3, 2022. 6. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2022-1-10C, a Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the existing advertising agreement between the Molson Coors Beverage Company LLC. and the Village of Rosemont. Motion to approve and ratify an agreement between the Village of Rosemont for the Allstate Arena and Rosemont Theatre and the Theatrical Wardrobe Union Local #769 of the Interna- tional Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Machine Operators of the United States and Canada, for the period from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. 8. Motion to approve a subscription with the Journal and Topics Media Group for 2022 and 2023 subscriptions for Rosemont homeowners and businesses and visitors in the total amount of $65,055.00. 9. Motion to approve a sponsorship agreement between the Village of Rosemont and the Cava- liers Drum & Bugle Corps., Inc. for calendar year 2022. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2022-1-10D, a Resolution approving a Third Amendment to the Village’s contract with Metro Paramedic Services, Inc. 2.
