Motion to approve and ratify a proposal from Wright Heerema Architects for architectural services for a new Village of Rosemont office building in a lump sum fixed fee amount not to exceed $$704,700.00. 3. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2022-2-14, an Ordinance amending Chapter 8 of Title 3 of the Village of Rosemont’s Code of Ordinances, Titled “Amusement Tax.” 4. Motion to adopt Resolution No. R2022-2-14, a Resolution expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from proceeds of one or more obligations to be issued by the Village of Rosemont, Cook County, Illinois. 5. Motion to approve a Termination Agreement terminating an agreement for services between the Village of Rosemont and Exelorate Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Aquify. 6. Motion to approve a proposal from Christopher B. Burke Engineering Ltd. for design and survey services for the next phase of Village wide lighting improvements for River Road (150 ft. north of Bryn Mawr to south Village limits), Bryn Mawr (I-294 to the Des Plaines River) and William Street in the amount of $200,000.00 Page 2 of 4 PUBLIC SAFETY 1. Motion to approve and ratify a purchase agreement with MacQueen Equipment, LLC for the purchase of a Pierce Enforcer Ariel 100-foot platform Firetruck at a cost of $1,383,270.00. 2. Motion to approve and ratify the purchase of 2-2021 Chevy Tahoe vehicles from Karl Chev- rolet in the amount of $75,235.00. ($37,617.50 per vehicle) 3 Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2022-2-14A, an Ordinance approving the Village of Rose- mont’s participation in certification and reimbursement for training expenses with the Office of the State Fire Marshal. STREET COMMITTEE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE 1. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2022-2-14B, an Ordinance vacating a portion of a certain easement reserved for public utility purposes identified on a Plat of Vacation and Easement Reservation & Grant of Aerial Billboard Easement recorded in the office of the Cook County Recorder of Deeds as document number 2120345050 on July 22, 2021. 2. Motion to approve and ratify a proposal from Aria Group Architects for architectural services for the design of a building shell for Small Cheval based upon hourly rates at a maximum price of $80,000.00 +/-10%. 3. Motion to approve a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract with Northern Builders for the con- struction of the buildings for Small Cheval, Stan’s Donuts and Big Chicken. 4. Motion to approve a construction contract with RAP Builders, LLC for construction manager and construction services for 2 residents on vacant property previously known by the common address of 6020 Hawthorne at a price of $515,000.00 for each residence. 5. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2022-2-14C, an Ordinance authorizing amendments to Out- door Billboard Advertising Agreements between the Village of Rosemont and Outfront Me- dia. (Village Billboards – 5 Locations) 6. Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2022-2-14D, an Ordinance the execution of Third Amend- ment to Lease Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Fogo De Chão Churrascaria (Rosemont) LLC for a portion of TIF No. 4. (TIF 4 – Fogo) HEALTH AND LICENSE COMMITTEE 1. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2022-2-14E, an Ordinance amending Section 3-10-1(A) of the Village’s Fee Schedule and Sections 4-2-7(O) and 4-2-7(Y) of the Village Liquor Code to revise liquor license classifications for caterers and sampling/tasting events.
