Motion to approve a guaranteed maximum price contract with DR Rosemont for repairs to the Best Western Hotel made necessary by the demolition of the attached adjoining Village owned structure in the amount of $104,999.85. 11. Motion to approve an agreement with Rosemont Carpenters LLC. for the supply of carpenter labor as required at Village venues and Village-owned facilities. 12. Motion to approve and ratify a proposal from Roland Machinery for the purchase of a Ko- matsu loader in the amount of $221,471.00. 13. Motion to approve and ratify a proposal from Lindco Equipment Sales for the purchase of a Viking 18’ snow pusher in the amount of $16,718.75. 14.
