BOARD MEMBER CATHERINE HAUGH moved, BOARD MEMBER STEVEN WIETECHA seconded to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held December 10, 2019, February 18, 2020, April 21, 2020 and August 18,2020. Petitioner John Torok, appeared on behalf of this request. City Clerk Richard M. Steenland received no correspondence. Based upon the findings the installed fence within the side yard of property will not harmonious with the surrounding properties.
