City of Roswell Ambulance Administrative Oversight Committee Minutes Fire Department Conference Room October 16, 2014 1:00 pm Members Present: Mike Mathews, Chris Archuleta via Phone, Devin Graham, Annette Ternes, Members Absent: Art Sandoval, Amparo Schaffino, Dr. Tom Wulf Others present: Eric Mann, 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mathews at 1:08 pm. 2. Approved minutes from the July 17, 2014 meeting. Graham made motion, Ternes second, all in favor. 3. Superior Report * Mr. Archuleta discussed Summary Responses Operations Data Report, discussed collection rates and responses. 4. Information Items * Mr. Archuleta will setup meeting with ENMMC next week to discuss winter transfers and associated delays. * Staffing, currently short 6 paramedics and 5 to 8 EMT * Discussed training with Hospitals, Fire and Ambulance.
