City of Roswell Ambulance Administrative Oversight Committee Minutes Fire Department Conference Room January 14, 2015 1:00 p.m. Members Present: Mike Mathews, Devin Graham, Annette Ternes, Chris Archuleta by phone, Dr. Wulf. Members Absent: Art Sandoval, Amparo Schaffino, Rhonda Rauch Others present: Warren Yehl, Eric Mann, Randel Seyler 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mike Mathews at 1:03 p.m. Approved Minutes from October 16, 2014 meeting. Dr. Wulf made motion, Ternes was the second. All approved, the motion passed. 2. Superior Report * Mr. Archuleta discussed the Summary Responses Operations Data Report, and yearly transport report. 3. Information Items * Mr. Archuleta Discussed recruitment program, Education contract, and possible in-house classes. *New management team is in place, 3 managers, unit 801, working 3 on 6 off rotation. *Pete Anderson and Joe Chacon are the direct supervision for the Roswell operation. *Short 6 paramedics *AAOC meetings will be third Tuesday every Quarter. Bariatric unit, Mr. Archuleta will provide a written time line and plan for having a bariatric capable unit in place.
