City of Roswell Ambulance Administrative Oversight Committee Minutes Fire Department Conference Room April 21, 2015 1:00 p.m. Members Present: Mike Mathews, Chris Archuleta, Chad Hamill, Devin Graham Members Absent: Art Sandoval, Amparo Schaffino, Dr. Tom Wulf, Rhonda Rauch, Annette Ternes Others present: Eric Mann 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mike Mathews at 1:00 p.m. and roll call was taken. Did not have a Quorum. 2. Approval of Minutes Did not have a quorum, Minutes from January 14, 2015 will be placed on agenda at next meeting. 3. Superior Report *Mr. Archuleta handed out the Summary Responses Operations Data Report. Collection rates and responses were discussed. 4. Information Items * Discussed staffing issues, transfers, training, hiring and retention. * Mr. Archuleta is still working on bariatric unit that will be placed in Roswell, will keep committee informed as to the progress. Meeting Adjourned at 1:27 p.m. Next meeting will be July 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Fire Station 1.
