Minutes of the Cemetery Board Meeting Tuesday, April 16, 2024 REGULAR MEETING 4:00 P.M Notice of this meeting was given to the public in compliance with Sections 10-15-1 through 10-15-4, NMSA 1978 and Resolution 24-02. A. Call to Order Vice President called the meeting to order at 4:07 p.m. B. Roll Call Committee members present: Jim Bloodhart and Jake Trujillo Committee members absent: Jeremy Hurley, and Danny Fulkerson Staff Present: Ruben Esquivel and Daisy Diaz Others Present: Sarah Reese, Gilberto and Karen Lazo Established there was no quorum. C. Approval of Agenda No quorum no action taken. D. Approval of Minutes No quorum no action taken. E. Non-Action Items 3. Memorial Bench- No proposal made no quorum. 4. Sexton’s Report- No report given no quorum. 5. Bookkeeper’s Report- No report given no quorum. 6. Columbarium Update- No update given no quorum. F. Public Comments Karen Lazo explained her family’s interest in placing 2 benches in Block 72 on the outside edge of the block. She stated they will provide the benches and do the work they are just requesting permission for placement. No quorum request will move to next meeting. G.
