Resolution 22-44 th DFA 4 Quarter Report ITEM NO. 3 (CORN/REY) Resolution 22-44: DFA 4th Quarter Report • The State of New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) Local Government Division (LGD) requires the governing body to approve the FY22 4th Quarter (June 2022) report • The ending cash balance for June 30, 2022 will be incorporated into Fiscal Year 2023 Final Budget • Resolution 22-44 approves the DFA 4th Quarter Report as presented in Exhibit A • Finance Committee voted 4-0 to recommend approval at its meeting on Friday, July 21, 2022 Resolution 22-44: DFA 4th Quarter Report Thank you! Resolution 22-45 Certification of Correctness of the Physical Inventory of Assets for FY 2022 ITEM NO. 4 (CORN/GARCIA) Resolution 22-45: Certification of Correctness of the Physical Inventory of Assets for FY 2022 • This is a house-keeping item • Requirement of the New Mexico State Auditor • Subsection A of Section 12-6-10 NMSA requires that at the end of each fiscal year local governments conduct a physical inventory of it’s assets • Requirement that the results be recorded in a written inventory report • Requirement that the governing body certify the correctness of the physical inventory of assets Resolution 22-45: Certification of Correctness of Physical Inventory Resolution 22-45: Certification of Correctness of Physical Inventory Resolution 22-45: Certification of Correctness of Physical Inventory Resolution 22-45: Certification of Correctness of Physical Inventory Thank you! Resolution 22-46: Final Budget Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2023 ITEM NO. 5 (CORN/FUENTES) Resolution 22-46: FY23 Final Budget • The final budget is required by the State of New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration, and was developed on a basis of need and cooperation between the City Manager, user departments, Mayor and City Council • The beginning cash balances for FY23 Budget reconcile with the ending cash balances from FY22 4th Qtr.
