Main St., Roswell, New Mexico 88203 NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a potential quorum of the Mayor and the City Council members may be in attendance for a “Groundbreaking Ceremony” on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 8 am at the McBride Roswell Veterans Cemetery located at 3101 S. Main Street, Roswell, NM 88203. A majority of the City Council may be in attendance at this Groundbreaking Ceremony.
