Currently, the Solid Waste Ordiance, as written, has 8 pages and 2 Articles. The revised City Ordinance has 50+ pages and 7 Articles. This is the first discussion of the revision of Chapter 21 of the Roswell City Code. FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION Not applicable for this agenda item. LEGAL REVIEW: Submitted for review on May 1st 2023.
