A. CALL TO ORDER
Mike Clarke called the January 25,2021 meeting to order at 12:07 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
The following were present:
Members: Mike Clarke. Donna Daniel.
Staff present: Thalia Pantoja- Gruis, Merideth Hildreth
Guests present: No Guests Present
C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
1. Unable to pass. Quorum was not present.
D. REGULAR / NEW ITEMS
2. Unable to pass minutes. Quorum was not present.
E. INFORMATION ITEMS
3. Staff liaison updated board on status of intern on-boarding and the delay. We are waiting
on a work permit to be issued for the intern.
4. Discussed upcoming installation of benches and the delay in installation because of an
issue with delivery.T-shirt design was also discussed. Waymaker Church completed a
clean-up over the MLK weekend.
5. Discussed upcoming events: Arbor Day and Great American Cleanup. Let board
members know end of term is coming up and next meeting a recruitment strategy will be
discussed. Prepping bags with cleanup supplies for members to hand out to different
organizations and businesses with a volunteer form attached.
