CALL TO ORDER Mike Clarke called the March 29, 2021 meeting to order at 12:04 p.m. B. ROLL CALL The following were present: Members: Mike Clarke. Donna Daniel, Megan Cederberg. Staff present: Thalia Pantoja- Gruis, Merideth Hildreth Guests present: Larry Connolly, June Ogle C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA D. REGULAR / NEW ITEMS 1. February 22, 2021 meeting minutes approved by voice vote. 2. Consideration and vote on recommendation to fill board vacancy for full term. Member Cederberg made the motion to approve the recommendation of Donna Daniels to sit on the board. Member Clarke seconded the motion. Voice vote was unanimous. E. INFORMATION ITEMS 3. Committee decided to have intern meet and greet on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 4 p.m. 4. Staff liaison reported Arbor Day information to committee. The seedling drive-thru will be April 17, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. volunteers are all set and Friends of the Spring River Zoo will be providing birdseed and pinecones for bird feeders. 5. Liaison report included an informational update on current campaigns, and projects. FY 22 grant application for the Clean and Beautiful grant is due April 15 and is almost finalized. Recycled Bottle Cap benches should be in by the end of the month and signage is in. Multiple groups have reached out to complete cleanups on their own. Liaison will meet with Hispano Chamber to try to get Spanish-language ads about illegal dumping sponsored. Discussed the CleanIT form and promotion of the form. H.
