Call To Order Board Member Cederberg called meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. B. Roll Call Members Present: Megan Cederberg and with Donna Daniel, Marie Manning and Melissa Urias participating via GoTo Meeting. Staff Present: Kathy Lay C. Approval of Agenda for April 27, 2023 1. Member Daniel motioned to approve the agenda for the April 24, 2023 KRB Board meeting. Member Cederberg was the second. Vote: 4-0 motion passed with Members Daniel, Manning and Urias participating via GoToMeeting. D. Approval of Minutes from March 27, 2023 Meeting 2. Member Daniel motioned to approve the minutes for the March 27, 2023 KRB Board meeting. Member Urias was the second. Vote: 4-0 motion passed with Members Daniel, Manning and Urias participating via GoToMeeting. E. Chair Comments, Reports, Announcements 3. Report on GY23 Grant project status- Ms Lay reported on all KRB FY23 grant projects and current status of each one. 4. Report FY24 Grant application- Ms Lay noted that the completed and submitted the FY24 grant application for the NM Tourism Department Clean and Beautiful program, and that it was submitted early. 5. Reminder April 29 Chihuahuita Clean & Green Cleanup- Board was reminded that the next Chihuahuita Neighborhood cleanup will be Saturday April 29, 2023. F. Public Comments None G.
