CALL TO ORDER The Occupancy Tax Board Meeting was called to order at 2:34 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Members present; Kerry Moore, Justin Jones, Joe Desjardins. With member Bonnie Blitzer absent. C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Joe Desjardins motioned to approve the agenda. Justin Jones was the second. The motion passed 3-0 with member Bonnie Blitzer absent. D. Other Business / Non-Action Items / Information Items (Reports 1. Reports; Lodgers' Tax, Convention Center. 2. American Rescue Plan, Tourism Recovery. Specific use of funds to support the tourism recovery within the American Rescue Plan, discussed the following ideas as a group; Botanical Gardens, Entrance to the Zoo, Completion of the Zoo Pond, RV Glamping project, Alien App, Heritage App, Miniature Golf development, tourism beautification around the City, Murals, Selfie Stations. E. Public Comments None. F. Adjourn The Meeting was adjourned at 3:05 p.m. The next scheduled meeting is May 18, 2021.
