Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do so
after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in length per
§2-26(b)(5), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2018 Edition. Any comments regarding items not on the
posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law.

E.1 Consider proclaiming February 2023 as "American Heart Month" in the City of Round Rock.

G. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.
G.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the January 12, 2023 City Council meeting.
G.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Service Agreements with Motorola
Solutions, Inc. for annual subscriptions related to radio communications/emergency response
equipment.

G.3 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 44, Article VI, Section 44-151, Code of Ordinances
(2018 Edition), regarding environmental services fee. (Second Reading)
G.4 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-127, Code of Ordinances (2018 Edition),
by amending speed zones for certain streets within Old Settlers Park. (Second Reading)
G.5 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-127, Code of Ordinances (2018 Edition),
by amending the speed zone on portions of E. Main Street from College Street to Moye Street.

H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Precision Delta
Corporation for the purchase of ammunition.
H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 2 with
Plummer Associates, Inc. for the East Waste Water Treatment Plant TPDES Permit Renewal
Project.
H.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to "City
of Round Rock Agreement for Professional Consulting Services related to Expert
Witness/Litigation Services for Wholesale Rate Cases with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc."
H.4 Consider a resolution in support of Williamson County executing a Contract with Cash
Construction, Inc. for the Sam Bass 42-Inch Water Line Project.
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Engineering Services Contract with 2P
Consultants, LLC for on-call civil engineering services.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Kinloch Equipment
and Supply, Inc. for the purchase of sewer inspection and cleaning products.
H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Texas Packer &
Loader Sales, Inc. for the purchase of an all-terrain litter vacuum.
H.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to "City
of Round Rock Agreement for Provision and Installation of Communication and Networking
Equipment with Austin Structured Cabling, LLC."
H.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Silsbee Ford, Inc. for
the purchase of Ford vehicles for the City's fleet.
H.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Retail Motorcycle
Ventures Inc. d/b/a "BMW Motorcycles of North Dallas" for the purchase of BMW motorcycles,
parts and accessories.
H.11 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Caldwell
Country Chevrolet for the purchase of Chevrolet vehicles.
I. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST

J. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
J.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.087, Government Code, to deliberate the offer
of a financial or other incentive to business prospects considering Round Rock as a location for
new or expanded businesses that would bring economic development to the City.
K. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code:
