Mayor Pro-tem Flores called the packet briefing to order at 7:31 am.

There were no citizens wishing to speak.

E.2 Consider presentation on ordinance regarding animal housing and care facilities.
Fire Chief Shane Glaiser made the staff presentation.
D. STAFF BRIEFING:
D.1 Consider staff briefings and Council member discussion and/or questions regarding items on
the agenda for the January 26, 2023 City Council meeting.
E. PRESENTATIONS/DISCUSSIONS:
E.1 Consider a presentation on the annual Economic Development Compliance Report.
