Commission meeting.

D.1 Consider public testimony and a motion to postpone action on the Replat of Lot 1, Block
1, Turtle Creek Commercial Subdivision. Generally located on the northwest corner of
Gattis School Rd. and S. AW Grimes Blvd. Case No. FP1312-001
D.2 Consider approval of the Preliminary Plat for Kenney Fort Subdivision. Generally located
north of Forest Creek Dr. west of Kenny Fort Blvd. Case No. PP1402-001
D.3 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve a revision to General Plan
2020 to modify the Future Land Use Map to modify the land use designation from
Commercial to Residential for an 18.02 acres tract of land. Generally located west of the
intersection of Louis Henna Blvd. and Donnell Dr. Case No. GP1402-001
D.4 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve a zoning change from C1
(General Commercial) District to TH (Townhouse) District for an 18.02 acre tract of land.

D.5 Consider public testimony and approval of the Concept Plan for Donnell Parke
