C.1 2014-1298 Consider approval of the minutes for the March 19, 2014, Planning and
Zoning Commission meeting.
D. PLATTING AND ZONING:
D.1 2014-1299 Consider public testimony and a motion to postpone action on the Replat
of Lot 1, Block A, Turtle Creek Commercial Subdivision. Generally located
on the northwest corner of Gattis School Rd. and S. AW Grimes Blvd.

D.2 2014-1300 Consider public testimony and approval of the Replat of the Remainder of
Lot 6, Block C, Round Rock Express Subdivision, Sec. 3. Generally
located on the north side of E. Palm Valley Blvd. west of Nolan Ryan Blvd.

D.3 2014-1301 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve a revision to
General Plan 2020 to modify the Future Land Use Map to modify the land
use designation as follows: 1.) 4.765 acres of land are proposed to
change from Commercial to Residential; and 2.) 11.05 acres of land are
proposed to change from Business Park to Commercial. Generally located
south side of Gattis School Rd. west of Double Creek Dr. Case No.

D.4 2014-1302 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve a zoning
change from C-1 (General Commercial) District to SR (Senior) District for
a 4.765 acre tract of land. Generally located south side of Gattis School
