AW Grimes Blvd. Case No. FP1312-001 D.2 2014-1300 Consider public testimony and approval of the Replat of the Remainder of Lot 6, Block C, Round Rock Express Subdivision, Sec. 3. Generally located on the north side of E. Palm Valley Blvd. west of Nolan Ryan Blvd. Case No. FP1403-001 D.3 2014-1301 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve a revision to General Plan 2020 to modify the Future Land Use Map to modify the land use designation as follows: 1.) 4.765 acres of land are proposed to change from Commercial to Residential; and 2.) 11.05 acres of land are proposed to change from Business Park to Commercial.
