C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
C.1 2014-1896 Consider approval of the minutes for the September 17, 2014, Planning
and Zoning Commission meeting.
D. PLATTING AND ZONING:
D.1 2014-1897 Consider public testimony and approval to Replat Block 2, Lot 3 of the
Starkfield Addition and to final plat .35 acres, more or less, to create two
(2) residential lots. Generally located on the south side of Pecan Ave. and
east of Spring St. Case No. FP1409-002
D.2 2014-1898 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve the zoning of
71.32 acres, more or less, from C-2 (Local Commercial), OF (Office) and
un-zoned property, to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to be known as
the Madsen Ranch PUD. Generally located northeast of the intersection of
N. Red Bud Ln. and E. Old Settlers Blvd. Case No. ZON1409-004
D.3 2014-1899 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve Amendment
No. 6 to the University Village South PUD (PUD 83) to modify the
Townhouse development standards. Generally located on the east side of
Sandy Brook and west of Campus Village Dr. Case No. ZON1409-001
D.4 2014-1900 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve the original
zoning of 3.57 acres, more or less, to C-1a (General Commercial Limited)
to be known as The Shops at Greenlawn. Generally located southwest of
the intersection of Louis Henna Blvd. and Greenlawn Blvd. Case No.

E.1 2014-1904 Consider approval of the 2015 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
Schedule.
E.2 2014-1902 Consider an update regarding Council actions related to Planning and
Zoning items.
F. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Planning and Zoning Commission for the
City of Round Rock reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of
this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for
