intersection of University Blvd. and North A.W. Grimes Blvd. Case No.

C.3 2014-1961 Consider approval of the Final Plat for Vizcaya, Phase 2A. Generally

D.1 2014-1962 Consider public testimony and approval of 83.25 acres, more or less, to be
known as Kenney Crossing Concept Plan. Generally located on the west

D.2 2014-1963 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve Amendment
No. 1 to the Remington Tract PUD (PUD 22), 81.12 acres, more or less, to
expand the area for single family residential and amend the commercial
and business park standards. Generally located on the northeast corner of
Louis Henna Blvd. and Meister Ln. Case No. ZON1409-005
