PLATTING AND ZONING: D.1 2014-1962 Consider public testimony and approval of 83.25 acres, more or less, to be known as Kenney Crossing Concept Plan. Generally located on the west side of the intersection of S. Kenney Fort Blvd. and Forest Creek Dr. Case No. CP1410-001 D.2 2014-1963 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Remington Tract PUD (PUD 22), 81.12 acres, more or less, to expand the area for single family residential and amend the commercial and business park standards.
