CITY OF ROYAL OAK REHABILITATION BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 27, 2013 A regular meeting of the Rehabilitation Board of Appeals was held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 in Room 309 of City Hall. PRESENT: ABSENT: John D’Agnillo Vice Chairperson Pete Mancour Commissioner Kyle DuBuc Marshall Thompson Chairperson James Johnson Bill Willard Carl Stone STAFF ALSO PRESENT: Debbie Murray, Rehabilitation Finance Officer ********** Chairperson Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. ********** PUBLIC COMMENT Chairperson Johnson opened the Public Comment, hearing none, the Public Hearing was closed. ********** MINUTES of JULY 23, 2013 MEETING MOVED by Mr. D’Agnillo SUPPORTED by Mr. Stone To approve the minutes of July 23, 2013. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY (4-0) ********* REHABILITATION APPEALS Case D/L-2366/12. Ms. Murray stated that the applicant was asking for a subordination to modify his existing first mortgage and lower his monthly first mortgage $187.00. He has a deferred loan that payment was to begin on September 1, 2012, to date no payments have been made. The Board discussed the case including current income and expenses and applicants past payment history. MOVED by Mr. Stone SUPPORTED by Mr. D’Agnillo To Deny the request for Subordination.
