Murphy, Director of Planning ********** Call to Order Chairperson Stone called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. ********** Public comment There was no public comment. *********** Approval of Minutes for October 26, 2021 Moved by Chairperson Stone Supported by Commissioner Kolo To approve the minutes of October 26, 2021 meeting, with the correction to the motion and support for Loan Subordination Request Case No. 2743. Motion adopted unanimously. ********* Review of Applications for Program Year 2022 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding Mr. Murphy provided an overview of the CDBG program. The board and staff discussed the applications in relation to the program 's national objective and the city's housing, non- housing, and commun ity development needs. Once the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) notifies the city of its CDBG allocation I funding amount, the board must hold a public hearing, discuss, and make a recommendation to the city commission . No action is required at this time. ********* Election of Officers Mr. Murphy reminded the Board that its rules of procedure require the election of a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson at the first regular meeting in each calendar year. Rehabilitation Board of Appeals - January 25, 2022 Moved by Mr. Randall Supported by Chairperson Stone To elect Mr. Stone as Chairperson .
