OLD BUSINESS
1. Arkansas Dept. of Aeronautics Grant Update Bob Chatman – Completed
repairs to Taxiway G including some additional areas found that needed
repair. Crack Sealing the Runway was delayed due to weather.
2. CIP update for FY 20 ’ – CIP changes were made. Taxiway G was added to
the main runway overlay project. Looking at pursuing Federal Funds for
additional hangar space. Will consider additional changes to the CIP if
funds are available.
3. Position Opening for weekend attendant – Tristan Taylor has been hired to
rpleace Aaron as a weekend attendant.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Possible changes to CIP to use AIP funds for Hangar Development and
ADA funds for paving projects. - Covered in item 1 Old Business.

2. Late Agenda Item: Mark Mobley Lease Proposal for Hangar 10 East
(Laseter Hangar) – Mark Mobley requests taking over lease of Bld. 10 East
for a Commercial Aviation Business that would provide Pilot Training,
Aircraft Rental, and Aircraft Maintenance. The request from River Valley
Security, Mark Mobley Individual , and Gear Up Inc., as a Partnership also
requested that the Hangar Lease include 1 additional year to be added to
the lease. Motion to approve the Lease proposal as requested by KB, 2 nd
by TL, motion passed 6-0 with 1 ABS.
3. 2019 Commission Officers were voted on by the Commission. Motion by TL
to keep Dwight Talburt as Commission Chairman, add Les Teaf f as Vice
Chairman, and retain Tommy Littleton as Commission Secretary, 2 nd by
BR, Motion passed 6 – 0, with 1 ABS.
4. City owned Hangar wiring was discussed. Some hangars are served
through other hangars, and to provide separate services will be
considered.
