Discussion on New Hangars and making a formal recommendation to apply to the ADA for funding up to $400K- Update Keith Frazier  Application ready - Mayor is concerned about verbiage on start since funding is not yet approved by City Council  Need to make a good economic ROI justification to council  Concern about rapid material cost increases NEW BUSINESS: 1.
