0.076% of Total Volume, 12.97 gallons average per sale
End of May 2021 YTD Fuel Volume : 44899 gallons which is a
46.36% increase compared last May 2020

OLD BUSINESS
1. 2021 AIP Grant Project- Bob Chatman
City Attorney has signed off grant agreement
Now completely funded taxiway overlay project
Blackstone is contractor
Bond & Insurance cert returned / Preconstruction conference done
Will start work on July 12 th
Need Mayor, City Clerk and City Attorney signatures on notice to
proceed
Contractor will work with renters to allow hanger access to ramps
2. Discussion on New Hangars and making a formal recommendation to
apply to the ADA for funding up to $400K- Update Keith Frazier
Application ready - Mayor is concerned about verbiage on start
since funding is not yet approved by City Council
Need to make a good economic ROI justification to council
Concern about rapid material cost increases
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Update on 1% gross from Ingold Avation
Ingold submitted check for 2020
2. July Meeting
Move to July 20 th – Motioned by BW Approved 6-0
