Discussi on New Hangars and making a formal recommendation to apply to the ADA for funding up to $400K- Update Keith Frazier NEW BUSINESS: 1. Hangar Purchase 2. 2022 CIP MISCELLANEOUS: MEETING ADJOURNED : ____6:33_ PM__ Discussions: Old #1 – none Old #2 – Keith is attending Arkansas Dept of Aeronautical meeting 7/21/21 regarding grant. City will be responsible for $253,000 of the total cost (estimated to be $760,000). New #1 – John Harris hangar purchased by city for cash price of $25,000. John Harris will lease the office space for $250/month & Survival Flight leases the hangar space for $250/month. John Harris lease of office is thru 12/31/2022 with option to renew at rate to be negotiated. After John Harris vacates, Survival Flight will lease entire building for $650/month. Tenants to pay utilities. New #2 – Five year plan for 2023-2027 will be reviewed next month. 2
