Financial - Accounts Receivable Aging for June 2021 2 -31-60, 1 - 0>90 City Hanger Occupancy in June 2021 was: 96.67%_ City Enclosed Hangar _100% _ City Shade Hangars _90____% Private Hangars__100%_____ Self Sufficiency for June 2021 : 83.3% month / 75.1% ytd RUSSELLVILLE AIRPORT COMMISSION AGENDA DATE 8/24/2021 MANAGER ’S REPORT / FINANCIAL REPORT: Accept the Manager’s ____unanimous______ Motioned by: ________KB__________________ Seconded by: ________PH_________________ OLD BUSINESS 1. 2021 AIP Grant Project- Bob Chatman . Crew had covid at the asphalt plant. Contract is for 45 days which ends August 30 th. They have asked for an extenstion. 2. Discussi on New Hangars and making a formal recommendation to apply to the ADA for funding up to $400K- Update Keith Frazier & Bob Chatman. Applied for and approved grand with project cap of $663,000. Bid opening 9/9/2021. To be built on east side of Mike Millers hangar #12-E. Vendors on the bulding are 18-24 months out after order placed. There will be 2 contracts: one for access and one for the building pad and building. Building will run N & S. 3. Hangar purchase: Completed purchase of John Harris hangar #4-W. NEW BUSINESS: 1. 2022 CIP – Bob Chatman: Bob will workup numbers to move FY 2026 parking apron to FY 2024 and move FY 2025 down one year to present at September meeting. 2. Fall Fly-in discussion of dates and entertainment: Probably sometime in October, mid-month when Razorbacks are not playing in state. 3. Couple wanting to open restaurant on airport. Billy & Emily Daniels. MISCELLANEOUS: 1. Seth Lake had an idea to put up a tiny house/cabin on airport for overnight visitors. MEETING ADJOURNED : ____7:00_ PM__ 2
