RUSSELLVILLE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MINUTES August 24, 2021, 5:00 p.m., Central Fire Station, Russellville and Online via Google Meets Commissioners: City/Department Representatives: Phillip Lea, Chairman Present Trey Smith, City Attorney, Absent Toni Bachman, Present David Ewing, Police Chief, Present Jon Brown, Present Kirk Slone, Fire Chief, Absent Ruben Camacho, Absent Brent Moix, Battalion Chief, Present Bert Fleck, Present Tanessa Vaughn, Human Resources, Present Barbara Horton, Present Mark Lykins, Present Meeting Minutes Chairman Lea called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Minutes Reviewed -- The Commission reviewed the minutes for July 27, 2021. Bachman moved and Lykins seconded the motion to approve the minutes as presented. The Commission approved the minutes. OLD BUSINESS  None NEW BUSINESS  Arrangements were made for testing dates of August 25, September 18 and September 25. At 5:20 p.m. the meeting adjourned.
