1. Update CIP- McClelland Engineers:
No changes. Rwy remarking opened 4 bids, all came in good
2. Update on Hangar Door Grant- McClelland Engineers:
Recommend overhaul & add motor
Estimate: Concrete $14,700, Motor $10,000
3. Taxiway Alpha Crack Seal Discussion- McClelland Engineers
Ongoing monitoring of cracks
4. Update Hanger 1 West flooring
Materials ordered. Awaiting flooring to arrive for Charlie Falwell to start
5. Update Hanger 5 East flooding

6. Total Eclipse Planning (Update from regional meeting)

7. Minimum Standards / Operating Procedures Document
Jason Duval distributed draft for members to review before May meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Sky-Diving 5-7 May in conjunction with Balloon Festival
Group from Clarksville. NOTAM will be issued. No takeoffs or landings until
Jumpers are on the ground.
2. New Employee (Justus Smith) – replaced Toby
3. MARVA tour (Thanks Les)
4. Russellville Regional Leadership Academy tour – will be Thursday 4/27/23
5. Gumball Vending – not been serviced in 4 months, propose change of vendors
6. Facebook page – up and running

1. Chamber of Commerce wants to do a video showing CAP plane being pulled out
And taking off
2. FAA airport inspection coming up. No date set at this time. There will be an FAA
trainee involved.
