1. Update CIP- McClelland Engineers:

2. Update on Hangar Door Grant- McClelland Engineers:

3. Update Hanger 1 West flooring
Repairs in process. Flooring pulled. Water puddles under visqueen due to
need to seal concrete. Original bid $17,000. Now $32-36K. Possible 50%
grant available to seal concrete.
4. Minimum Standards / Operating Procedures Document
Work meetings set for June 5th & 13th at 6:00pm
NEW BUSINESS:
1. 48N48 landing at KRUE (June 4th 11:00pm). Website 48N48.org
2. Low lead fuel discussion (requested by tenant).
No action taken due to tenant’s not understanding difference between Avgas,
MOgas, & alternative fuels.
3. Airport Diagram – presented by Jason Duval - attached
4. Hangar sub-leases.
