CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES 5:00 p.m., May 28, 2019 Central Fire Station, El Paso Avenue, Russellville Commissioners: City/Department Representatives in attendance: Phillip Lea, Chairman, present Kirk Slone, Fire Chief Toni Bachman, present Brent Hamm, Battalion Chief Bert Fleck, present Kurt McBryde, Battalion Chief Jim Horton, present Jason Ramsey, absent Ray Watkins, absent Ruben Camacho, absent  Chair, Phillip Lea called the meeting to order at 5:10.  The Commission reviewed the minutes of the April meeting. Toni Bachman made a motion that the minutes be approved. Bert Fleck seconded the motion and the minutes were approved. OLD BUSINESS  None. NEW BUSINESS Civil Service Commission  Annual election of officers –Phillip Lea is reelected to Chairman. Bert Fleck is reelected to Executive Secretary.  Review of the Police Applicant Eligibility document was tabled. Police Department was not in attendance as they were attending to issues related to local flooding. Meeting was adjourned at 5:35.
