CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES 5:00 p.m., January 28, 2020 Central Fire Station, El Paso Avenue, Russellville Commissioners: Phillip Lea, Chairman Present Toni Bachman Present Ruben Camacho Absent Bert Fleck Present Jim Horton Absent Mark Lykins Present Ray Watkins Absent City/Department Representatives: Trey Smith, City Attorney Absent Jeff Humphrey, Police Chief Present Carey James, Captain Present Christopher Vick, Battalion Chief Present Phyllis Carruth, City Councilmember Present Chairman Phillip Lea called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.  Mark Lykins, new Commissioner was introduced to the Commission.  The Commission reviewed the minutes of the December 3 meeting. Toni Bachman made a motion that the minutes be approved. Bert Fleck seconded the motion and the minutes were approved. Police  The Commission approved using Stanard & Associates testing material for Police new-hire testing for February 8, 2020.  The Commission reviewed Stanard & Associates testing material for next Police promotional testing. Toni Bachman made a motion that the material be used. Bert Fleck seconded the motion and the use of Stanard & Associates testing material for promotional testing was approved.  Date was set for May 2 for Police promotional testing. Fire  No business. Meeting adjourned 5:45 PM.
