RUSSELLVILLE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MINUTES CALLED MEETING June 4, 2021, 5:00 p.m., Police Station, Russellville and Online via Google Meets Commissioners: City/Department Representatives: Phillip Lea, Chairman Present Trey Smith, City Attorney, Absent Toni Bachman, Present David Ewing, Police Chief, Present Jon Brown, Present Kirk Slone, Fire Chief Absent Ruben Camacho, Present Brent Moix, Battalion Chief, Absent Bert Fleck, Absent Tanessa Vaughn, Human Resources Absent Mark Lykins, Present Meeting Minutes Chairman Lea called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. NEW BUSINESS Police Dept  Chief Ewing spoke regarding Certified Officer, Scottie Manning of the Pottsville Police Department. Jon Brown moved that based on Chapter 3 Part 4, “Suspension of Competition”, the Commission recommends an offer of employment be extended to Officer Manning. Comacho seconded the motion. The Commission passed the motion. At 5:12 p.m. the meeting adjourned.
