Applicant requests Special Permit and Site Plan Review to construct and use a 60’ X 100’ metal structure for storage and light fabrication work, with an additional 60’ X 24” attached structure for office space. The project is in the Village Residential zoning district and requires review. A public hearing has been scheduled. #23-3 Hay Memorial Library, 105 S. Broad Street, Sackets Harbor. Applicant requests Site Plan Review to replace an existing shingle roof with metal roofing. The project is in the Village Residential and Historic Overlay Zoning Districts as well as the National Register Historic District and requires review. A public hearing has been scheduled. #23-4 Brian Krueger on behalf of James Dell’olio, 522 Bradley Street, Watertown, NY. Applicant requests Site Plan Review to construct a residence on Lot # 6 within Lakeview Estates subdivision, Madison Barracks. The project is located within the Madison Barracks PDD, the Historic Overlay and National Register Districts. A public hearing has been scheduled.
