Applicant requests Site Plan Review to replace roof shingles with a metal roofing material. The project is in the Village Core and Historic Overlay zoning districts as well as the National Register District and therefore, requires review under the Village of Sackets Harbor Zoning Law. A public hearing has been scheduled. #23-8 Fort Pike Commons, General Grant Circle, Madison Barracks, Sackets Harbor. Applicant requests Site Plan Review to install canvas awnings above doors of 23 units within the apartment complex. The project is in the Madison Barracks PDD, the Historic Overlay and the National Register Historic District, and requires review under the Village of Sackets Harbor Zoning Law. A public hearing has been scheduled. #23-10 Fort Pike Commons, General Grant Circle, Madison Barracks, Sackets Harbor. Applicant requests Site Plan Review to convert a storage building into a mail room for tenant use. Renovations include installation of an entrance door, windows, and lighting fixtures. The project is in the Madison Barracks PDD, the Historic Overlay and the National Register Historic District, and requires review under the Village of Sackets Harbor Zoning Law. A public hearing has been scheduled.
