Village of Sackets Harbor Planning Board Regular Meeting April 19, 2023 Call to order Pledge of Allegiance Roll call and establish quorum Review Minutes: March 15, 2023 Regular Meeting Report to Village Board: April 1, 2023 Old Business #23-5 Harold Cring/Boathouse, for property located at 214 West Main Street, Sackets Harbor. Applicant received conditional approval at the March meeting and will submit the selected roofing material to receive approval and permit prior to starting the work next winter. New Business #23-13 Jason Burto/Dell’Olio, Watertown, NY. Applicant requests Site Plan Review to construct a residence on Lot # 6, Vollum Road of the Lakeview Subdivision. The project is in the Madison Barracks PDD, the Historic Overlay and the National Register Historic District, and requires review under the Village of Sackets Harbor Zoning Law. A public hearing has been scheduled.
