Call To The Public • Chuck Borozinski o Weeds, Trash, Net Sagging, Back Board on Court – Anza Park Pickleball o Offered to adopt the park again if the sign is put back up o Will be hosting pickleball clinics – Kids o What happened to the relationship we had with SUSD • Devin Stalder – We will take note and reach out. I will try to update you on the next PRCS Commission Meeting. • Commissioner Allen – This has been a long-standing concern III. Approval of Meeting Minutes • Approval of Minutes of March 01, 2023, and March 22, 2023. Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission Meeting Minutes o Motion to approve – Vice Chair Thomas o Second – Commissioner Anderson o Commission Voted – All in favor of approving the meeting minutes. None opposed. • Change of order on the agenda o Misprint – we should be performing the Commission chair vacancy prior to the Director updates. IV. Business • PRCS Commission Chair Vacancy • Commissioner Allen motioned Vice Chair Thomas into the Chair position. All in favor, none opposed. Commissioner Zatkin motioned Commissioner Allen into the Vice-Chair position. All in favor, none opposed. V. Staff b. Commissioners c. Mayor and Council o Anamax Pollinator Gardens  • Dylan Pruitt proposed a vote to adopt the Felipe Hernandez Memorial Gardens name officially. a. Commissioner Zatkin moved to rename the park. Commissioner Anderson seconded.
