Parks & Recreation Director Update Devin Stalder, Parks & Recreation Director, presented the Director updates. 3. Temporary Art Review Committee - Commissioner Appointment Jodi Guerin, Deputy P&R Director presented the Temporary Art Review Committee and requested the Commission members to appoint a representative. 1  MOTION was made to appoint Commissioner Shari Lowell to the Temporary Art Review Committee.
