Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) Meeting

TOWN OF SAHUARITA ARIZONA PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM (PSPRS) SAHUARITA LOCAL POLICE BOARD May 12, 2020 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) Sahuarita Local Police Board will hold a meeting and executive session(s) at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Town Hall, Town Council Chambers, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona. To better serve our community, the conference room is wheelchair accessible. Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office at 520-822-8801. Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, which have prompted declarations of a public health emergency at both the state and federal levels, this meeting will be conducted using measures to protect public health. This meeting will he held remotely through technological means, as permitted under Arizona law. Specifically, a live stream of the meeting will be broadcast so that members of the public may view and listen to the meeting remotely if preferred at this location: https://www.youtube.com/user/TownofSahuarita/live Public access to the Town Council Chambers will be monitored to promote appropriate social distancing. The Town Hall lobby will be opened to allow a limited number of persons, practicing social distancing, to view/listen to the live stream broadcast. Appropriate social distancing measures currently encourage wearing a face mask, using hand sanitizer immediately upon entry into the council chambers, and maintaining social distancing (6 foot minimum) from all other persons in the council chambers.
