TOWN OF SAHUARITA ARIZONA PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM (PSPRS) SAHUARITA LOCAL POLICE BOARD January 21, 2021 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) Sahuarita Local Police Board will hold a meeting and possible executive session(s) at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Town Hall, Executive Conference Room, second floor, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona. Acknowledgement and discussion regarding the PSPRS Sahuarita Actuarial Valuation as of June 30, 2020. 6. Annual review of Disability Retirement recipients, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-844 (E) and (F). 7. Discussion regarding the Local Board’s responsibility and authority with respect to pre-existing medical conditions; and the Local Board might vote to convene in executive [closed] session, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3), for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Local Board Attorney. 8. Discussion and possible action to accept new members, Officers Jonathan Borkman, Melina Carrizosa, Justin Cullins, Luis Padias, Samuel Verbridge and Isaiah Yslas, into the PSPRS and determine whether they have pre-existing medical conditions; and the Local Board might vote to convene in executive [closed] session, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(2) and (A)(3), to review and discuss confidential medical records and to consult with the Local Board Attorney. 9.
