Adoption of Resolution No. 2017-0513, authorizing the Town to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding, Sahuarita Contract No. 180016, between the Town of Sahuarita and the Pima Association of Governments of Pima County, as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for Pima County, for the programming and funding of the Quail Crossing Connection (TIP ID 41.07). Action may be taken by the Town Council on any item listed on this agenda. The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney concerning any matter listed on this agenda.
