Town Council Meeting Agenda Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Sahuarita Town Council will hold a meeting at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Council Chambers, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, AZ. Members of the Town of Sahuarita Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. To better serve our community, the Sahuarita Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office at 520-822-8801. Invocation The Invocation will be given by Pastor Fred Eaton from Grace Church of Sahuarita. Our invocations are provided by volunteers, and presenters will be accepted and welcomed regardless of religious affiliation. Interested parties may contact the Town Clerk. 3. Written comments regarding any item on the agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon may be submitted prior to the beginning of the council meeting for distribution to the Town Council. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Laws, the Council may not discuss the items, but individual members of the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Council, may ask staff to review the matter, or may ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda. 8. Public hearing, discussion and possible adoption of Ordinance No. 2017-125, relating to the Fee Schedule in Chapter 3.10 of the Sahuarita Town Code, adopting “The January 2018 Amendments to Chapter 3.10 (Fee Schedule) of the Sahuarita Town Code” by reference, Resolution No. 2017- 0530 and repealing all Resolutions, Ordinances, and Rules of the Town of Sahuarita in conflict therewith and establishing an effective date of January 1, 2018. Action recommended: approve the Ordinance. 10. Public hearing, discussion and possible adoption of Ordinance No 2017-126, relating to Title 13 (Wastewater Code) of the Sahuarita Town Code, adopting “The January 2018 Amendments to Chapter 13.05 (General Provisions) and Chapter 13.10 (Sanitary Sewers) of the Sahuarita Town Code” by reference, Resolution No. 2017-0531 and repealing all Resolutions, Ordinances, and Rules of the Town of Sahuarita in conflict therewith. Action recommended: approve the Ordinance. 11. Public hearing, discussion and possible adoption of Ordinance No. 2017-127, relating to Title 18 of the Sahuarita Town Code (Zoning), adopting “The November 2017 Amendments to Title 18 (Zoning Code) of the Sahuarita Town Code relating to Signs” by reference, Resolution No. 2017- 0532 and repealing all Resolutions, Ordinances, and Rules of the Town of Sahuarita in conflict therewith and establishing. Action recommended: approve the Ordinance. 12. Presentation and discussion on Long Range Planning Pavement Preservation. Action recommended: presentation. 13. Presentation, discussion and possible approval of Contract No. 180032, for construction services for the extension of Quail Crossing Boulevard with Borderland Construction; in an amount not-to- exceed $738,885.20.
