Town Council Meeting Agenda Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Sahuarita Town Council will hold a meeting at the date and time specified below at the Madera Clubhouse, at Quail Creek Country Club, 2055 East Quail Crossing Boulevard, Green Valley, AZ. Members of the Town of Sahuarita Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. To better serve our community, the Madera Clubhouse is wheelchair accessible. Mayor and Council Strategic Planning Session The Mayor and Council, Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager and Department Heads will engage in a Strategic Planning Session, which will include exercises and discussion regarding updates on prior goals and objectives as outlined in the 2016 - 2019 Strategic Plan (www.sahuaritaaz.gov/strategicplan), discussion of key current issues facing the Town, and prioritization of goals and policy initiatives for the next three years. 5.
