Town Council Meeting Agenda Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Sahuarita Town Council will hold a meeting at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Council Chambers, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, AZ. Members of the Town of Sahuarita Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. To better serve our community, the Sahuarita Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office at 520-822-8801. Invocation The Invocation will be given by Vice Mayor Kara Egbert. 3. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Girl Scout Troop 4545. 4. Roll Call 5. Presentations A. Proclamation declaring March 11, 2020 as Professional Buyer's Day and the month of March 2020, as Procurement Month. 6. Approval of Agenda Action recommended: approve the agenda. 7. Call to the Public At this time, any member of the public is invited to address the Town Council on any issue which is on tonight’s Consent Agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon at a future meeting. Written comments regarding any item on the agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon may be submitted prior to the beginning of the council meeting for distribution to the Town Council. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Laws, the Council may not discuss the items, but individual members of the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Council, may ask staff to review the matter, or may ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda. 8. Adoption of Ordinance No. 2020-147, relating to Title 14 of the Sahuarita Town Code, adopting "The March 2020 Amendment to Title 14 (Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Management) of the Sahuarita Town Code" by reference, Sahuarita Resolution No. 2020- 0620, and repealing all Resolutions, Ordinances, and Rules of the Town of Sahuarita in conflict therewith. C. Adoption of Resolution No. 2020-0621, authorizing the Town to enter into a second amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement (Sahuarita Contract No. CO10-0001) between the Town and Pima County for street naming and addressing services for the purpose of extending the term for an additional five years to July 7, 2025. D. Adoption of Resolution No. 2020-0622, authorizing the Town to enter into an Intergovernmental Agency Service Agreement (Sahuarita Contract No. 200043) between the Town and the Arizona Department of Corrections for use by the Sahuarita Police Department of the firing range located at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Tucson. E. Approval of Cox Communications Uniform Video Service License Agreement (Sahuarita Contract No. 200042) as required by law, thereby replacing the existing Cox Communications License Agreement (Sahuarita Contract No. CO13-0068). 10. Sahuarita Square Design Concept Report Update. Action recommended: approve the Design Concept Report. 11. Adjournment Action may be taken by the Town Council on any item listed on this agenda. The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney concerning any matter listed on this agenda.
