City of Salem – Board of Assessors-Minutes Regular Meeting Thursday January 26, 2023 The Meeting opened at 6:30 P.M. with Board Members, Robert Millerick, Catherine Zelano and Richard Jagolta . Also in attendance, the Director of Assessing, Stephen Cortes and Assistants to the Director, James Bond and James Hall. General Business The Board Members signed a warrant for three omitted and revised bills for the Enterprise Center and discussed 2023 Abatement Applications. The following requests for abatement of FY 23 Real Estate taxes were submitted to the Board under provisions outlined in Chapter 59, Section 59 and were subsequently voted on and denied.
