Regular Meeting Thursday February 2, 2023
The Meeting opened at 6:00 P.M. with Board Members, Robert Millerick and Richard
Jagolta, Tina Zelano was absent. Also in attendance, the Director of Assessing, Stephen
Cortes and Assistants to the Director, James Bond and James Hall.
General Business
The Board Members signed a revised bill commitment.
The Board signed the 2023 first Excise Commitment.
The following requests for abatement of FY 23 Real Estate and Personal Property taxes
were submitted to the Board under provisions outlined in Chapter 59, Section 59 and
were subsequently voted on and denied.
