Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds Minutes of the October 12, 2017 Meeting Present: William P. Goreham, Thaddeus Buczko and Richard Lobsitz The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. in the Mayor’s Office. The Council on Aging submitted a request for medication expense reimbursement for a Salem resident. Richard Lobsitz made a motion to approve $280.27 from the Endicott Fund for this expense. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously. Richard Lobsitz made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 14, 2017 meeting. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously. The Commissioners tabled further discussions about the wills and future expenditures. The Second Quarter Large Grants will be sent this month. Care Dimensions sent the Board a letter acknowledging our donation on behalf of Raymond Vaillancourt. Care Dimensions will notify the family of our gift. The Plummer Youth Promise group sent a letter outlining another success story from their program.
