Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the April 8, 2021 Meeting
Present: William P. Goreham, Sumner Jones and Richard Lobsitz (via phone vote)
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 P.M. via Zoom.
The Council on Aging did not have any requests for the Board .
Sumner Jones made a motion to accept the minutes of the March 11, 2021 Meeting. The motion was
seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
The last payment for the current FY21 Large Grants was sent this month. A second mailing including the
required format for FY22 Large Grants was sent and is due May 1, 2021. The Board will review the
proposals at the next meeting.
Only two scholarships have been received at this time. Scholarship forms were sent to Salem High
School and Salem State University. The new application forms have also been added to our website.
The Board received a very nice thank you letter from a COA member.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:15 P.M.
