On Thursday May 4, 2023, at 7:00 PM for the purpose of a presentation from CFO Anna Freedman sharing information relative to water and sewer rates with a focus on potential mitigation planning and ways the city might address financially, as well. This meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers. 93 Washington St., Salem, MA, 2nd Floor.
