ID#15-024 Electric Vehicle (EV) Replacement Incentive Program Grant Recommendation: Adopt a RESOLUTION accepting the grant and agreement by the Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District (MBUAPCD) and the City to replace two City vehicles; and authorize the direct purchase of two 2015 Nissan Leaf cars (electrical vehicle) from MY Nissan of Salinas. ID#15-010 20-Minute Green Zone Request at 323 Williams Road Recommendation: Adopt a RESOLUTION approving one (1) 20-MINUTE GREEN ZONE designation for the business tenant located at 323 Williams Road.
